I only collect contact information from you for the purpose of:

• purchases and invoicing

• Sending readings to you electronically

I do not keep any written or stored digital information on my clients. I do not record any in person sessions however you are welcome to.

All remote/distance readings are deleted once the client has confirmed they have received the reading.

I do not publish client feedback. I only collect feedback to ensure my own practice standards and to ensure the quality of my services. Feedback is not used for advertising or marketing purposes and will not be published in any way by Soul Focus. You can leave a review under the “review” tab on my facebook page if you so chose to.

I adhere to The Privacy Act 2020 and take your privacy very seriously.
